“Great time!”
Great time! Nacho at the pool is amazing. Neptune is def worth it and should make the reservations. The all inclusive is the way to go. El Patron is also always a good staple. Such a fun and relaxing time! Their spa and fitness center is amazing.

“Service at Villa Del Arco”
The trip has been great with a lot of great hosts, waiters and ones who help run all the activities, especially CHLOE who coordinates the water activities at the pool, such a nice and sweet person. One other has been our waiter MARINO who waited our table at El Patron. Excellent job both.

“Great Experience”
Very clean resort , the staff here is so friendly and attentive. Ramon and Lugo were are waiters at the pool and they are just so kind and amazing! Thank you Roman and Lugo you guys rock !!! Because of you we had a great day and enjoyed our drinks and food !!

“Pool server”
Ramon Lugo took care of my friends and I at the pool and was always there for us. He was responsive quick and attentive. We never had to wonder where he was. I would sit in his section all the time.his customer service skills were second to none!!
