“Great Vacation”
Had a great week of weather with cool mornings and sunny afternoons. Best part of Villa is the option of all inclusive, don't eat or drink like in the old days so having an option is great. There is great restaurants on the property. The staff was friendly and attentive. We shall return 😊

“Crowded & noisy”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially 'Nayeli'! She is a gem and went above & beyond to make us feel pampered. The resort was crowded & noisy. It was tough to find an available pool lounger. People put towels on the chairs to save them and walk away.
