David and Carla and Martin are amazing! Very entertaining, a very fun cinco de mayo celebration. The experience here is beyond my expectations. I won a bull riding contest and got a prize. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!! 10/10 experience.

“Awesome location!”

Kevin was really helpful and extended our day pass past to past sunset. I have come here two times and will be coming back. The food that is offered is not gourmet but pretty descent for snacking by enjoying the beach. The albercas del rey is a must

The first initial impression was you walk into the lobby and it’s very hot. I understand that the doors open frequently letting the heat in, but it is important to me that the facilities are nice and comfortable upon entry. The second issue we had is our room had the birds in front of it with the smell of bird droppings and the soundwas ridiculous. I know it’s out of their control and eventually we got used to the birds, but it’s kind of a setback as an impress impression. Was ridiculous. Not to be too negative, but I do have to list more issues. They only had two choices of beer and you had to ask To find out there was a second beer they offered the selection at an all-inclusive resort should be more than two beers. The room with the 24 hour coffee and snacks and pool table did not have an AC in on the day that we were checking out. They finally put an AC unit in there. The DJ was not very good, but we made the best of it because we were there together as a family. We also had a room with three adults and refreshments and towels we’re set up for just two people so we had to call often to make sure we had enough towels and water. There was no use of the TV other than Spanish channels and Wi-Fi throughout the facility was pretty bad until they switched us to a new network halfway through our trip. Snorkeling is really not that good there and they ran out of snorkeling equipment every day. Keep in mind that tours come to this hotel beach and bring lots of people sometimes and you’re sharing the snorkeling area and the beach area with companies. On a positive note, The staff was very accommodating and apologetic. The food was really good. Overall, we made the best of it and had a good time, but I would not want to come back to this hotel because of some of the limitations. Just not what we were expecting for our family trip. It is very pretty there though.
