“If you like great service and food you have found the right place!”
My girlfriend's sister recommended we stay at Caracol Plaza when we visited Puerto Escondido so I booked the trip online and when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel staff. “Great Hotel Caracol response to concern”
Definitely impressed by the hotel response to our concern about no dining options. There is a menu of the day in the bar now which makes being outside of the core much easier. The staff have been great. The hotel is quiet now which is nice. Thanks for saving our trip

“not as advertised!”
Room key kept on not working, despite being no where near my iPhone - not once but on 4 different days. One time they changed the lock without telling me.
