“Excellent”
Mario the bellman was fantastic he gave us some friendly suggestions to see the city. The front staff was so pleasant and kind. This hotel had the best customer service in Cancun. You need to offer classes to other hotels

Amazing stay at Aloft Cancun! Great location, clean and modern rooms, and very friendly staff. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast for our honeymoon — such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

“Cancun in April”
I enjoyed my stay. The location was near all the clubs and bars. I could literally walk. However the rooftop bar was closed during my stay which was one of the reasons why I selected the hotel. But Mario who works at the property was very helpfuland accommodating making the stay very enjoyable.
