“Large resort with exceptional staff!”
Great week made even better by our concierge Israel G! He helped with reservations, excursions and any questions we had. Booked thru Expedia and was a surprise we got this feature. Resort is huge! Tons to do! Food is good lots of options.

“Ava Vacation”
Ava was fantastic! The hotel is beautiful, the food was great and there were lots of variety to choose. “Poor reservation system”
Currently staying at AVA.. I think this resort is about 2 years young and still lacking major work. They really need to get the reservations in order. Making dinner reservations 1 month prior is ridiculous, especially if they don’t have any other restaurants you can go to besides the buffet and t… more
