“Dreams vacation”
The service was top notch and the hotel and the shows were great. Loved the over all vibe of the hotel. The pool and beach service was amazing

“Watch out for steps”
Every thing was great. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem is that there is a step going into the Premiere Lounge. It is difficult to see. Every member of my family tripped and fell going into the lounge. Perfect a ramp would be better suited. Luckily, none of us got bad… more

“We will not go back - returning to RIU!”
We have stayed at RIU hotels in Cancun five years and changed this year (Heaven] knows why. We will not return. Staff friendliness and helpfulness was hit or miss.
