“Relaxing experience”

“Great birthday trip at Hyatt Zilara”
Fantastic experience and service from start to finish! We especially enjoyed two delicious meals at the Mexican restaurant and being served by Juan- Bugamb was a highlight of our trip ♥️ He is a delight!!! Ask to sit in Juan’s section! Book the Hyatt Zilara you won’t be disappointed!

“Exceeded Our Expectations”
Couples trip. First time with Hyatt Inclusive. This hotel makes you feel like VIPs the whole time. Restaurants are good, some are great (Italian, Asian, Mexican).
