We had a wonderful stay, and one of the biggest reasons was Chef Romeo. My wife and I only eat halal, and Chef Romeo went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of the entire trip. Every reservation we had, he made sure he was there to personally communicate with everyone involved, from the hostess to the waiter, so the whole team was on the same page. Even with room service, he made sure our meals were handled properly and prepared according to our halal needs. That level of care made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We did not have to stress about food at all, and it truly made the experience special. Chef Romeo is amazing, and his hospitality made this trip wonderful for us. I highly recommend this place to everyone, especially anyone looking for great Zabiha halal meal options and a team that genuinely cares about accommodating their guests.

Chef Romeo made our trip incredibly easy and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure my husband had a wide variety of delicious food options, all prepared with halal meat and according to our dietary needs. His hospitality was exceptional, and he consistently exceeded our expectations with his kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. “Pool fun”

This review is for the pool experience - . Roberto the server is incredible. Very courteous, patient, and does everything with the biggest, most genuine smile on his face. The lifeguards and other staff were also great.

Firstly, an overview of our trip. We booked with TUI in the UK and stayed for a week from the 8th of June until the 15th. There were 3 adults in our party. We upgraded to a ‘Seaview’ room and requested a high floor. To start, we arrived at the hotel via our package holiday coach transfer. We were met by a bellboy who took our luggage off us and gave us a tag. We then approached the check-in desk, where there was no queue. Check-in was really straightforward and no hassle with polite staff. We paid the environment tax, which was aware of before arriving and were given our wristbands. We had been given a room on the top floor, which is what we asked for. We then met the bellboy again, who took us to our room along with our luggage. He gave us some general information while walking to the room, which was helpful. We then arrived at the room, which was spacious, clean and modern. The view from our balcony was perfect, getting birds view of the hotel and sea! Now let's talk food. I’d have to say the buffet was the biggest disappointment! The range of food available was good; however, the temperature control was not good. Most of the food was lukewarm at best! Even on days when we arrived when it had just opened, the food was already cold! The food trucks and nibbles bar were ok. The burger truck was only serving basic beef burgers and fries during our stay, but we did see a menu where there was a lot more choices. The best place for food during the day was the Pizza place near the water park. All of the à la carte restaurants we visited were good! We visited the Mexican, steak house, southern BBQ, Brazilian and teppanyaki. All of the servers were attentive and friendly. Big shout-out to Jose at the buffet, who made us feel very welcome! The pools and general hotel facilities were also great. Lots of places to cool down with the large pools and a lazy river! Just be cautious with the floors around pool areas, as they can be incredibly slippery. The bars around the pool can get busy, but the staff work hard to get the drinks out! The servers around the pool can be hit or miss. Sometimes you can get regular drinks brought over, other times you can get drinks over, and they never return. We enjoyed the water park, and it offered something different to do to break up the day. We were never bothered by pushy sales reps during our stay, as I’ve seen some reviews that this has been a problem for other guests. We are used to European all-inclusive, and this hotel is better than what most European hotels offer. Did this hotel blow me away? No. Did this hotel offer a good value all-inclusive experience? Yes. I’d recommend a stay if you're looking for a good resort with lots to do and offering some elements of luxury.
