Cancun is famous for its hotel zone...behemouth hotels with security guards, traffic, and equally high costs. Sina Suites is situated in a quiet, secluded neighbourhood. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and delighted to find lush gardens, a well maintained pool, a restaurant ready to cook starting early in the morning until late in the evening. The room, a suite in our case, was spacious and, yes, a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Rooms have AC, fridge, and microwave. Bathrooms are large with an excellent shower and plenty of hot water (but don't drink it!). Everything worked and housekeeping was thorough and complete i.e. new towels and sheets without question. Haven't seen that in a long time! The best thing about this place is the staff. Food in the restaurant was simple but delicious and, for the first time in a long time, staff made us feel welcome and that were happy to have us as guests. A few things that might be helpful: Don't drink the water AND don't flush toilet paper down the toilet! That's just the way it is. The secluded location means you won't be nipping out for ten litres of water. This is where we put Uber to the test and, happily, Uber was excellent. We recommend using Uber for your groceries and water delivery (we found 20 litres was sufficient for two of us for a week). The drivers were excellent, reliable, on time and we suggest remembering to tip them well. Uber drivers were much preferred to "taxis" due to flexibility and cost. Again, we had an Uber driver who spoke good English and was happy to work hourly so we had a day of sightseeing. All in all, excellent stay at Sina Suites...thank you!

If they had 10 stars I would give it. The property is gorgeous, well maintained, rooms kept up & super clean, most comfortable beds ever. Location is quiet, near dental clinics if needed, hotel zone, markets. The pool is spectacular, no screaming kids, people from all over the world. I am an older senior who traveled alone and was worried but I felt so safe here. The room was very secure, there is a safe in the room for your passport/cash and the Owner lives on the premises, 24 hour office. Then there is the staff; I’ve never seen such kindness. We aren’t talking just professional formality but being treated as family. From the front desk (Maria and Adrian) to the manager (Lupita) to the housekeeping and wait staff. These people are the kindest, most patient & want to do everything they can to make your stay perfect. And the Owner, George, is such an incredible kind soul, I looked forward to seeing him every day, the most interesting man too. He went out of his way to make sure I got coffee every am, to even getting peanut butter left in my room as I mentioned I liked that for breakfast because of dental issues in conversation never expecting anything from it. Just a couple of many wonderful things about the owner. I will always come back here and I was never so sad to leave, I cried because not only did I leave a beautiful place but I felt like I was leaving a new family who adopted me. I’ve stayed at gorgeous hotels around the U.S and Paris but this was up there in my top two favorites of all time. I can’t say enough about everyone here, the cleanliness, the perfect landscape, ac in very hot weather fantastic, great food, dining area by pool that also overlooked the lagoon and hotels across the way with yachts right there, you could sail there if you had one. I fell in love with all of them. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

This is my second time going to Sina Suites located in the hotel zone of Cancun. The staff and the owner are so amazing and treat their guests very well. Rooms are nice and the view is awesome. Food is delicious! My favorite server is Ramiro, he’s got a fantastic memory, always smiling and is very kind. I can’t say enough about Sina Suites and I highly recommend it!!! Close to many shops and that includes the beach. All within walking distance. Nice and quiet area too. I’ve had an excellent experience staying here both times. Much better than paying lots more at the hotels. I absolutely love this place and especially all of the wonderful staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥰❤️
