“Lovely beach getaway”
An older style resport with villas walking out to the beach or pool. Absolutely pristine condition. Clean and well maintained. Excellent staff who were courteous and spoke English (for the most art). I felt safe. The food was good and the beach was beautiful.

“Family vacation”
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kids club staff especially, Paola and Corina. The kids had a great time with them and swimming in the pool. Overall great vacation!

“Smaller but nice resort”
It was a good experience staying in Royal Cancún. The resort was clean, quiet in the night, the water was shallow with seaweeds during this season. but we can use the beach in the neighborhood. “Clean resort, good food, average service”
A number of activities for young children, good base from which to go to special venues, friendly staff but need better orientation to various activities and how to access. nice environment to chill out.
