I just wanted to write a thank you for this wonderful breakfast I could enjoy every morning I stayed with you. I really enjoyed your hotel, friendly, conveniently located, clean and comfortable. A small Wallmart is near by, also many restaurants just some steps away.

Needed a place to rest our heads at night after 2 very long days of exploring the Cancun/Yucatan area. Great way to save money, has everything you may need and the staff were nice. Breakfast was also great and so was the lovely woman making it :) We stayed in the queen size capsule and our main complaint was that it was too hot for us. The staff working that night did their best to make sure everything was working correctly but it never got cooler for us. We had to sleep with our capsule door open just to get any sort of cold air to flow through. Other than the lack of temperature control, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others if you just need a place to lay your head!

My stay at this hotel was a mix of high-tech innovation and a few hiccups. The pods were futuristic, offering comfortable beds with embedded miniature flat-screen TVs, and the space felt surprisingly spacious despite the pod design. The wristwatch entry system and card-activated lights added a fun, sci-fi touch. Housekeeping was lacking—there were dust particles around the pod, and the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Customer service was generally good, but I did encounter issues when I tried to address a problem. Someone entered my pod during the night, and I woke up to find unexplained breadcrumbs. I spoke with management and attempted to switch pods, but the sheets in my current pod became stained during our conversation. I requested a refund, but they initially resisted honoring it, which I found frustrating since I planned to check out. It took a lot of back-and-forth—nothing hostile, but a lengthy and unnecessary exchange—before they reluctantly agreed to my refund request. On a positive note, the hotel is in a prime location, with a gym and movie theater on the same floor as a shopping center, plus a strip of restaurants just around the corner. While the hotel has great potential with its innovative features and location, the service issues and slow resolution process were a letdown. The site also says they speak English, but in my experience, their English is limited, leading to several mishaps.
