We stayed at this property as we traveled to Cancun for dental work. It is exactly as described. Immediately upon arriving, people were helping you with luggage, friendly smiles all around. The service here is amazing. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit for two couples and it was perfectly fine for the 4 of us. Great that we had a kitchen to cook in. The burgers are the restaurant are a MUST!! The juiciest burgers we have ever had. Went back twice for the burgers. All restaurant staff, including bartending, were over the top friendly and accommodating. So glad we stayed there and will definitely stay again. The grounds are immaculate; the units are immaculate. Had unit #3 and had trouble with the safe. They were there immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this place if you want a quiet, relaxing vacation. Uber is very easy and inexpensive to take into town which we did for groceries and visiting the main part of town. Make sure you secure transfers ahead of time so you aren't inundated by taxi or timeshare people at the airport.

A quiet smaller resort located in a residential area, away from the hustle of the hotel zone. This resort excels in its personal touch, and friendly staff who will are there to attend to making your vacation a relaxing time. Raul is there with welcome advice to help plan excursions to the must see, as well as lesser know options. Front reception staff are also committed to being helpful and accommodating. This resort is not party central, and has many coming back for extended stays year after year who are equally welcoming to 1st time visitors. When in Cancun again, we would definitely consider this resort first.

Great staff all around; from front desk, to restaurant, and our awesome maid too! No beach but pool was great temp and very clean. Restaurant hours not great and very few, if any, options for vegetarians/vegans. Very isolated from other places to eat. Kitchen was awesome to have and stocked with everything you would need to prepare your meals! It's at least 20 min walk to catch a bus but Uber was cheap and worked great for us when we didn't want to walk out to main road. 10:00 checkout time is unreasonable given the size of the place and number of staff. They should be able to accommodate special requests at least during the times when the place is half empty.

Please read current reviews before deciding to choose this facility. This is a very nice quite but somewhat remote hotel. It's on a peninsula in the lagoon side of the hotel zone. Please read current reviews before deciding to choose this facility. This is a very nice quite but somewhat remote hotel. It's on a peninsula in the lagoon side of the hotel zone. Unless you have a car or are willing to use Uber rides frequently there is not much here to do but relax. The units are very nice and well cared for as are the grounds. Most of they guests are long time owners who are in the 60-80 age range. Nothing the matter with that because that describes me. Other than the pool there is no activity and that may be fine with some guests. The main problem is the restaurant/bar. Evidently it is now leased out to a new owner but he does not know how to cook anything except a hamburger. I hate to say that because he's a nice guy but when you order a Caesar salad for $10 and all it is was a few pieces of Iceberg lettuce with 4 crotons with bottled dressing you expect more. The same with the loaded nachos-just velveta cheese and some onions-no tomatoes, no beans, etc. It was terrible. The tacos were just as bad The bar was OK- many happy hours but they are needed because the mixed drinks are so weak. I hade 5 meals there and only the hamburger was OK. The restaurant/bar has strange hours. Closed Tuesday, open W and Th from 12-5 so even if you choose to eat there; you have to go elsewhere for dinner 3 nights per week I really hate giving poor reviews but when I looked at the reviews I was excited, but then realized they were from 3 yrs. ago. Go there but don't expect the restaurant to be anything special A nice very quite place but be prepared to eat elsewhere.
