“Excellent Hotel with One Caveat”
Very nice, modern hotel. Short walking distance to Playa del Carmen beach and the famous 5th street with shops, bars, restaurants, and great people watching. “Could do better”
Booked in here for the start of our tour, this is a hard one, books are good, breakfast was not great, most a dinner menu for us, and Resturant stuck in lobby, rooftop bar had no wine, little beer and overall service there was bad. If I had a choice I would not stay here again

We stayed here one night at the beginning of an Intrepid tour. We tried to check in at 2:15 pm, but we were told the rooms would not be ready until 3 pm check-in time.
