“Excellent stay. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Nice staff.”
Hotel staff is the nicest in Playa del Carmen. We’ve stayed many times in different hotels and several resorts here and although this hotel is not a resort, they treat you better than anywhere else. Food was great and very inexpensive. Food server was nice and took good care of us. Thank you! We W… more

“Luis Angel is exceptional”
I love my trip for My 35 anniversary!! I want to thank Luis Angel for going above and beyond for my husband and I ans helping us get settled in since it was our first time here. We spent a week here and will definitely be back and hope to see Luis soon!

“Fine for a one night stay if you are 'into' the Playa del Carmen cheap tourist type of town”
Fine for a one night stay as passing through. In all honesty, not thrilled with Playa del Carmen in general as it is just a tourist party town with no character or traditional atmosphere. “Nice enough but it's right on the main strip so only go for the night life.”
Rooms were clean and large, staff friendly and helpful. But this hotel is on the main strip at Playa De Carmen, the noise stops around 3am and starts again at 6am. Not the fault of the hotel but if you're not there for the nightlife, stay elsewhere. It has no other particular features to recomme… more
