We had a fantastic stay at the Nickelodeon Hotel and made so many lovely family memories. The hotel was fun, clean and perfect for children, with plenty to do and a brilliant atmosphere throughout. A special thank you goes to Ali Riza and Mustafa Başkan who made our holiday even more special. They were truly outstanding waiters — so friendly, attentive and hardworking, always going above and beyond to make sure we were happy and looked after. Their kindness and service really stood out and made such a difference to our experience. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday — we would happily return!

Our stay at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya was absolutely incredible from start to finish, and the service truly exceeded every expectation we had for an all-inclusive family vacation. The standout of our trip was without a doubt the butler service. Being picked up and dropped off around the resort — whether it was to the water park, main theater, restaurants, or kids club — made everything so easy and stress-free with kids. Every member of the butler staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to help with absolutely anything we needed throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Sandro, who genuinely made our vacation unforgettable. He consistently went above and beyond, even going out of his way to track down something we needed during our trip. On our last night, he surprised our kids with a thoughtful gift that made such a lasting impression. Our children still talk about him and already ask when we can go back to see him again. Team members like Sandro are what turn a great vacation into a truly memorable experience. Our other butlers Stephany and Sandra were phenomenal as well! Consistent excellent service and communication in minutes through messaging. They also helped me track down my swim coverup that I left at Le Spatula breakfast and had security personally deliver it to me :) My kids also tampered with the safe passcode in our room and Stephany had the locksmith come and help me right away with getting access back to our safe. The team worked very well together and made our experience feel like a true VIP vacation. Coming from Los Angeles, California, I was worried that we did not know enough Spanish to communicate with the staff but their English was very good making it such an easy and smooth transition! We also loved our room location on the main pool deck with direct pool access. It was one of the best decisions for a family trip. On slower days when we didn’t feel like heading to the water park, the kids could easily change into their swimsuits and jump right into the pool within seconds. It was also incredibly convenient to swim out and grab drinks without ever really leaving the pool area. Some of our favorite memories from the trip were the night swims — the kids had an absolute blast, and those evenings became core memories for our family. I had seen some reviews mentioning the pool water being too cold, but that honestly was not our experience at all on the main pool deck. Because that area gets direct sunlight for so much of the day, the water temperature felt perfect and very comfortable for swimming. The water park was another huge highlight — large, extremely clean, and very well maintained. We especially appreciated how safe everything felt thanks to the many attentive lifeguards stationed throughout the park. As guests of an Exotic Member, the reserved seating area was a fantastic perk and made relaxing between activities even better. We were also pleasantly surprised by the food quality across the resort. The restaurants were far better than expected for an all-inclusive. Piazza and Bikini Bottom were standout favorites for our family, and our kids absolutely loved Good Burger — honestly the perfect restaurant for children. The staff there made my child’s birthday extra special with a sparkler, chocolate milkshake, and a fun birthday song from the waiters that had everyone smiling. The kids club was super clean, safe, and the staff were so friendly and engaging to our kids. They loved playing Minecraft and other video games on the squishy bean bags, sliding into the ball pit, and participating in fun arts & crafts activities like making slime. They were so sad to find out the kids club was not open all night haha! Overall, we left extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The combination of exceptional staff, amazing family amenities, cleanliness, convenience, and thoughtful service made this one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. We're definitely a Disney family having been on Disney cruises, magic key annual passes to Disneyland, and loved Disney Aulani in Hawaii, but I think Nickelodeon Resort may take the cake for how much fun our kids aged 5 and 7 had! Sin duda, lo más destacado de nuestro viaje fue el servicio de mayordomo. Que nos recogieran y llevaran por todo el resort — ya fuera al parque acuático, al teatro principal, a los restaurantes o al club infantil — hizo que todo fuera muy fácil y libre de estrés con niños. Cada miembro del equipo de mayordomos fue atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con absolutamente cualquier cosa que necesitáramos durante nuestra estancia. Un agradecimiento muy especial a Sandro, quien realmente hizo que nuestras vacaciones fueran inolvidables. Constantemente hizo mucho más de lo esperado, incluso esforzándose por conseguir algo que necesitábamos durante el viaje. En nuestra última noche, sorprendió a nuestros hijos con un regalo muy especial y considerado que dejó una impresión duradera. Nuestros hijos todavía hablan de él y ya preguntan cuándo podremos regresar para volver a verlo. Personas como Sandro son las que convierten unas excelentes vacaciones en una experiencia verdaderamente memorable. ¡Nuestras otras mayordomas, Stephany y Sandra, también fueron fenomenales! Siempre brindaron un servicio y una comunicación excelentes, respondiendo en cuestión de minutos a través de mensajes. También me ayudaron a recuperar mi salida de baño que dejé en el desayuno de Le Spatula e incluso hicieron que seguridad me la entregara personalmente :) Mis hijos también cambiaron accidentalmente el código de la caja fuerte de nuestra habitación, y Stephany hizo que el cerrajero viniera de inmediato para ayudarnos a recuperar el acceso. El equipo trabajó perfectamente en conjunto e hizo que nuestra experiencia realmente se sintiera como unas vacaciones VIP. Viniendo de Los Ángeles, California, me preocupaba no saber suficiente español para comunicarme con el personal, pero su inglés era muy bueno, lo que hizo que todo fuera una transición muy fácil y fluida. También nos encantó la ubicación de nuestra habitación en la terraza de la piscina principal con acceso directo a la piscina. Fue una de las mejores decisiones para un viaje familiar. En los días más tranquilos, cuando no queríamos ir al parque acuático, los niños podían cambiarse fácilmente a sus trajes de baño y saltar directamente a la piscina en cuestión de segundos. También era increíblemente conveniente nadar hasta el bar y tomar bebidas sin siquiera tener que salir realmente del área de la piscina. Algunos de nuestros recuerdos favoritos del viaje fueron los baños nocturnos — los niños se divirtieron muchísimo y esas noches se convirtieron en recuerdos inolvidables para nuestra familia. Había leído algunas reseñas mencionando que el agua de la piscina estaba demasiado fría, pero honestamente esa no fue nuestra experiencia en absoluto en la piscina principal. Como esa área recibe luz solar directa durante muchas horas al día, la temperatura del agua se sentía perfecta y muy cómoda para nadar. El parque acuático fue otro gran punto destacado — enorme, extremadamente limpio y muy bien mantenido. Apreciamos especialmente lo seguro que se sentía todo gracias a la gran cantidad de salvavidas atentos distribuidos por todo el parque. Como invitados de un miembro Exotic, el área de asientos reservados fue un beneficio fantástico y hizo que relajarse entre actividades fuera aún mejor. También nos sorprendió gratamente la calidad de la comida en todo el resort. Los restaurantes fueron muchísimo mejores de lo esperado para un todo incluido. Piazza y Bikini Bottom fueron algunos de los favoritos de nuestra familia, y a nuestros hijos les encantó Good Burger — honestamente, el restaurante perfecto para niños. El personal hizo que el cumpleaños de mi hijo fuera aún más especial con una bengala, una malteada de chocolate y una divertida canción de cumpleaños por parte de los meseros que hizo sonreír a todos. El club infantil estaba súper limpio, era muy seguro y el personal fue muy amable y dinámico con nuestros hijos. Les encantó jugar Minecraft y otros videojuegos en los cómodos puff tipo bean bag, deslizarse hacia la piscina de pelotas y participar en divertidas actividades de arte y manualidades como hacer slime. ¡Se pusieron muy tristes al descubrir que el club infantil no estaba abierto toda la noche jaja! En general, nos fuimos extremadamente satisfechos con cada aspecto de nuestra estancia. La combinación de un personal excepcional, increíbles amenidades familiares, limpieza, comodidad y un servicio tan atento hizo que estas fueran unas de las mejores vacaciones familiares que hemos tenido. Definitivamente somos una familia Disney — hemos hecho cruceros de Disney, tenemos pases anuales Magic Key para Disneyland y nos encantó Disney Aulani en Hawái — pero creo que Nickelodeon Resort podría llevarse el primer lugar por toda la diversión que tuvieron nuestros hijos de 5 y 7 años. ¡Definitivamente volveremos!

“The staff make the vacation memorable”

We spent a week during March Break and it was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our concierge Rosario was so incredibly helpful and kind. She helped with all our planning and sent updates daily for character meet ups. We had dinner at Tavolo one evening and had the best waiter named Rodolfo. I can’t say enough good things about his service and professionalism. His knowledge of wines was exceptional as well. We were fortunate enough to have him wait on us again downstairs at the Pizza place and he was again so great and made us the most delicious aperitif !! The entertainment Team members were so lovely, kind and friendly. Georgina thanks for always making our son feel welcome. Vi and Dennisse also made the Saturday nite Slime Party super fun !

Antonio and Sandra we our butlers’ and they were spectacular. Both were quick to respond to all questions and needs.
