“I had a very good time with jay in the game room he had amazing service”
I really like arcades and when I found out about the game room at occidental at xcaret I was very excited there was a very nice and inviting person in the game room at the time wich was jay. overall I had a very good time here and would stay again.

Excellent time here! The best of this hotel is the jungle and the kind staff.
