“Excellence and the Excellence Riviera!”
We had a wonderful stay at the Excellence Riviera. Our room was beautiful (as was the view!) and the service was excellent. Staff members that went above and beyond: Amable - Excellence Club Pool (server) Lucia - Aroma Sarahi - The Kitchen Table (server) We can’t wait to go back!

“Management was terrible”
For such a nice resort, the management is not very helpful. I spent over $25,000 at the resort and should have been treated with more respect for the check-in management. Very disappointed.
