It was a nice stay very relaxing, It lays perfect in the center. So perfect hotel to go to the beach, clubs or restaurants. Also the reception was very kind. The only bad thing was that you need to put on a sign if the room needs to be cleaned we didn’t no that so the beds were dirty the second nig… more

The staff at Azul Tulum was wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Their response time is also very quick and efficient. I definitely recommend staying here. “Good but really empty ”
Great place to stay, the staff is really friendly and helpful a lot, quiet place and really cozy, it is just for sleep because there is nothing going on at the hotel, I hope the rooftop have a bar, but sadly, it is just a empty pool, with no ambient. But mostly was a great experience

“Ok, could be better”
Weird location, a lot of buildings in construction around ours with work starting at 8am. The room was ok clean but we found hair in the bathroom.
