“Great resort for families”
Super great resort with kids. Water Park for children is super fun. My 4 years old had a great time. The staff at the kid’s club was excellent, lot of cool activities, my daughter loved it. “Fantastic resort”
Great value. Fantastic beach. Food and service are excellent. Jose Pacab has been there for years and is very attentive and friendly.

“Beautiful resort but low quality food/service”
We thought the resort was beautiful. It's geared more towards younger people and very large. The wait staff at bars were not good at all. Very slow service, to the point they would ignore people standing there. We observed this throughout our entire stay. At the pool bars mostly.

Overall id say our trip was average. There was a lot of information missing for us to know what was all available, which is too bad. the main buffet had good food options, the Al La carts were good though there was one we could never get into during our 7 nights, which seeded strange.
