“Five star”
I LOVED the entertainment crew so much especially Diego! He makes everybody so happy and there’s is Leo, Cuellar, Eddie and Pau they make your stay memorable

“Do the trip!!!”
I came on vacation with my best friend for a 4 day getaway & we had a great time! Everyone that works here was extremely nice & accommodating. The food was good….best buffet! The entertainment staff was SO much fun! Especially Diego, Eddie, Pau, Leo & Cuellar! Quetzabel is the sweetest too….g… more

“Fantastic place to take some time off!”
We were assisted wonderfully by these staff: Diego, Leo, Cuellar, Eddie, and Pau. Also, Quetzabel, Giselle, Mildred, Martina, and Alex. My husband and I were pleased with the service here. Will definitely come back here!

We have had a fantastic 10 days in Catalonia Royal Tulum. The nature with all the wildlife has been a highlight, especially seeing the spider monkey's and a baby porcupine. .
