“On vacation”
We are here now at grand palladium so far the resort is beautiful and food is amazing Mr Leo (LEOVIGILDO) has been Excellent Also Ms Fatima and Ms Maria are excellent severs as well, wonderful accommodations by him. He helped us to maneuver the resort and give us recommendations. My only complaint … more

“Colonial Resort”

Miguel and Mauricio were exceptional at the bar. The best service. Any personlized drinks. Anything was made as asked. Great service and made us feel like home

There are good and bad points for this hotel. We had an ok stay but overall this is not a 5 star hotel - it is 4 star.
