“Fabulous”
Beautiful place, the grounds are stunning. Staff very friendly, plenty of choice with food. Would definitely recommend and go again. Only grievance would be that it was our 30th Wedding Anniversary which we told them before we went and also when we booked our meal but nothing special was done. Ente… more

“Colonial Bar”

At the buffet Nest, servers Willi, Leo Chan and Soledad, are amazing!! Super attentive, polite and friendly, always happy and smiling ready to help. Love this trio!! They made our say so pleasant and lovely.

“Palladium Hotels Riviera Maya”
Great food at the Al A Carte resturants on site. Sumptuori was amazing and Jesus was great. Fantastic service and really helpful. Thanks! 👌 Would recommend getting a package where the resturants across all the hotels in the Group on site at Riviera Maya are included.
