“It should be 6* star hotel”
All was perfect, personnel very kind and helpful, compliments to all. Cenote in territory of hotel was very nice. We felt like in heaven. Thank you very much, and if we will come back to Tulum then 100% it will be Shibari Hotel .

“The most relaxing and beautiful hotel in Tulum!”
Absolutely stunning hotel. Service was incredible and they made my best friends birthday so special with a carrot cake surprise in her room. Would definitely love to come back, was so unique with the cenote. Staff were super friendly and helpful, always smiling and joking. Didn’t want to leave! Ala… more
