“The staff will make this your best vacation.”
The property is lovely and the restaurant NU is very good (Michelin Star) but the real draw is the staff. They literally could not have been kinder or more attentive. I wish I was good at names but the front desk and restaurant staff made our stay wonderful. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed at La Valise to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. The front desk treated us to a welcome that helped kicked off our anniversary celebration. “Relaxing way to honeymoon”
Incredible part of the world - stunning part of Tulum (South) all very accessible to shops and bars/restaurants. Staff were the best, so attentive and kind/friendly. Hotel was clean and very well kept. Food and drinks were great! A nice relaxing spot for our honeymoon, just what we were after.
