“Tulum”
Overall a luxurious feel. Building is a little confusing to navigate. Would like more night activities Monday thru Wednesday. Pool was amazing, lobby bar was the best service we received and the french restaurant had the best food. Get a Passion Fruit Margarita when you can.

“Good but should be better”
Great hotel and service staff were amazing. Food and entertainment should be better for a 5 star hotel. Hyatts sales tactics left a sour taste and wasted a day of our holiday, not impressed with this side at all.
