The staff here were some of the friendliest people I've ever met. We had our 8 month old baby with us and they made us feel right at home and were great with her. The sea view rooms with hammocks are very well kept and very spacious. The beach service (for drinks at your cabana, etc.) was also very good and attentive. Thank you, Los Lirios, we'll be back!
Muy bonito y limpio el hotel, me quede con mi familia en la suite presidencial, la cual esta de sueño y con una vista espectacular, muy amplia y acogedora, a/A, todas las comodidades, el servicio me pareció muy bueno, el menú del restaurant muy rico y las cenas temas que probamos (cada día es una diferente) nos gustaron, tienen 10 platos fuertes con sus postres, ensaladas y entradas. Nuestra familia que vive en Playa del Carmen pudo tener acceso al hotel ya que manejan un Daypass muy accesible y con uso de todas las instalaciones. Después de vivir en Df nos quedamos encantados con este hotel por lo relajante que es y sobre todo cuenta con amplio estacionamiento, wifi en restaurant, teléfono y una Playa que parece un paraíso. Ampliamente recomendado.
Estuve una semana con mis hijas y la pasamos muy bien, el desayuno bufete Amplio y rico, en general la comida muy buena y sus precios me parecieron razonables. La playa me pareció una de las más bonitas de Tulum. La atención del personal excelente. Tienen un área de juegos en el hotel pequeña pero fue perfecto para que mi nieta jugará.

What a beautiful and peaceful place. The grounds were just what we were hoping for. The rooms are just a dream. Comfortable, clean, and spacious with lovely bathrooms. The staff was FANTASTIC I was feeling ill one day and the restaurant staff made sure that I had tea and a few things to eat that would be easy on my stomach.

“Mia Tulum”
