“Wonderful Vacation June/2026”
The resort was beautiful, everyone was very accommodating, professional, and courteous! If we had questions Mafer, Alfredo and Bely were there to to assist. Thanks for making our vacation memorable and we definitely will be back soon!

“Spa & massage incredible”
This place is amazing. Love this resort. Highly recommend. 5 star for sure. The hospitality and service is amazing. The massage by Marisol and Margarito was incredible! They did excellent. The spa itself is immaculate.

We went on the Maya experience expedition at the grande palladium/TRS property. Overall the staff was friendly and informative. Daniela was a great tour guide through the jungle.
