“Spectacular”
Spectacular all around. Loved on site restaurants. All service staff rocked! Gabriel was a server at the Mediterranean. Well done brother. Sorry lost track of other names at other restaurants. 10/10. The shows were good, of course the all inclusive tequila was a little problematic for me!!

Maria and Ruben had amazing service at Portofino Mediterranean we felt so special and cared for. Wine was always full, Ruben kept our table clean and the service was absolutely incredible and so welcoming. We cannot recommend them enough.

“Average hotel.”
The hotel was OK - not a 4 star as advertised on the booking sites, even the staff refer to it as a 3 star. Rooms were extremely basic, as was the food in the main buffet restaurant.
