Amazing staff, service and completely safe location. My wife and I had the most beautiful wedding here, our wedding coordinator Danae was so attentive, dedicated and organized. All of the associates we encountered really made it happen for us. Shout out to security resort medic Erik who helped my wife with her second degree burn for multiple days(curling iron). The big employee highlights for me was Ronier our bellmen and Paulina we met at the Preferred Pool, both were truly world class hospitality professionals. We can’t say enough about this awesome property and their staff! Thank you for my great wedding week on property!

“Fabulous Hotel”

We picked this hotel because it is a smaller all inclusive. We visited May 1 - 7th. The hotel was not full so plenty of pool and beach loungers to choose from . Did get a little busier at the weekend but still no chair wars!! From check in to check out the staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Our room was on the second floor facing the pool area and beach. Second floor is off the lobby area so it was great not to wait for elevators and easy to go back to the room if you forgot something. Our room was large with a very comfortable king size bed. Bathroom had a great shower. Housekeeping came everyday and also in the evening for turndown service. Fridge was stocked daily with a selection of pop, water and beer. Pool was not over crowded and a lovely temperature. We enjoyed the beach too and the ocean was very warm. No waves because of the man-made rock wall enclosing the bay. We enjoyed all the restaurants especially the Italian in the evening. Buffet was good with the usual fare. One day I commented that there was no guacamole and the waitress came back 5 mins later with a bowl of guac she had made just for me!! We walked into the town and wandered around and watched the dolphins being trained. I wished we'd known earlier that we could have rented golf carts, it was very hot for walking. We took a cab into Playa del Carmen to meet friends at a cost of $38 US each way. Great resort, would definatly return!

We just returned from a wonderful week away at the Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya resort. My wife and I brought our 6-year-old son on the trip and he had an absolute blast. The resort is laid out for kids really well in our opinion. The pools aren’t too deep, they have a nice shallow swath of Ocean that is safe for the kids to play in and there are a ton of activities to choose from. Not to mention, great shows, awesome food, waterslides and cold drinks! The staff at Dreams were all very accommodating and very helpful. I would like to point out a few staff that made our trip extra special: Jose from the Portofino restaurant was the best server we experienced on the resort. His attention to detail and personality really made him standout. My wife is celiac and he made sure that nothing to do with her meal was cross contaminated. He’s an amazing server and excellent at his job. Jesus was also assisting Jose and he was super kind as well. Overall, a great experience at Portofino but Jose had a lot to do with that. Next, I would like to recognize Alejandra at the Coco Café. Whether it was me grabbing a latte for my wife or fruit/a milkshake for my son – she was always there, always smiling and always super helpful. She had my order memorized by day 3. She was awesome! Alejandra is a very nice woman and excellent at her job as well. You can tell she really cares and pays attention to the customer’s needs. Lastly, I would like to recognize Edi, Pablo and Erick at the swim up bar. These guys all worked their butts off to make sure everyone in the pool was well hydrated. Whether it was an adult asking for a cocktail or a kid demanding another Mudslide, everyone got service with a smile from these three guys. The above staff members all helped to make our trip that much more memorable and special. I would also like to mention the little community of Puerto Aventuras is really cool and worth checking out as well. Lots of great restaurants, sports bars and areas to walk/bike/golf cart around. One con I would have to bring up was both my wife and I found the beds to be a bit hard and the pillows weren’t that great. We didn’t realize until our last day that we had the option to change the pillows– so don’t make the same mistake as us! If you are unhappy with the pillows, they will switch them. We just didn’t think to ask/look into it. Overall, it was a great trip and we would definitely recommend the resort or go back there again ourselves. Solid 8/10 experience from a well-traveled couple who loves Mexico!! Thanks to everyone at Dreams Aventuras for helping to make our trip amazing!!

“Dreams aventuras”

The beach wasn’t even a real beach and you couldn’t walk to other resorts it was all rocky. Only one pool the other you had to pay extra. The room we got was nice. The no dinner buffet sucked because the restaurants were not good at all only one was and it was the Asian restaurant.
