We had a ten day stay in early August 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. The staff are amazing, lots of great restaurants to choose from and the rooms are very clean. Our butlers - George and Carlos were fabulous. Both were very attentive. Enrique at the pool was also very helpful. We had breakfast daily at Helious and again the staff were great. The attention to detail was perfect and I would definitely visit again. My husband and I used the gym daily and it was of a good standard. The spa was very nice too. Only downfall - could do with some more entertainment in the evenings and activities to make it a little livelier near the pool- like music etc. if you are after a luxury, relaxing holiday- this is fab.

“Great Overall Experience at TRS”

We traveled here for our honeymoon from August 11–20, and it was an incredible experience overall. We stayed in an Ocean View Junior Suite at TRS, and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was also a great size, the shower felt luxurious, and the jacuzzi tub in the room was a really nice touch. The dinner options were very good, with El Gaucho at TRS being our favorite restaurant. The breakfast and lunch options at Helios did become a little repetitive during our 9 day stay, and we found ourselves visiting the other resorts for more variety. That was also one of the biggest advantages of staying at TRS was the ability to access the restaurants and amenities at the other resorts was a major selling point for us and gave us plenty of options throughout our stay. The drinks were very good throughout the resort, but our favorite place to stop for a drink was Churchill’s in the Kantenah lobby. Christian and Javier were incredible mixologists. They were extremely knowledgeable, clearly took great pride in the drinks they were making, and provided some of the best service we experienced during our stay. The only real downside was the constant sales pressure. We were offered resort credit to use toward massages and tickets to the Chic Cabaret if we sat through what we were told would be a 40-minute presentation for their travel club. Unfortunately, the presentation ended up taking close to two hours. About 40 of those minutes were spent waiting in the sun for a cart to pick us up after touring one of the rooms. We understand that these presentations are part of the resort experience, but the amount of time it took was far beyond what we were originally told and was definitely frustrating. Aside from that, we had an amazing honeymoon and would absolutely recommend TRS. The spacious room, great dinner options, access to all of the resorts, excellent drinks, and especially the outstanding service made it a fantastic place to spend our honeymoon. We would happily come back again!

Wonderful stay. Looking forward to coming back soon. Everyone was very friendly, food was good. Property was beautiful. Butler service and waitstaff excellent. Highly recommend to others.

Stayed at this resort for my friends wedding and we absolutely loved our stay and had an amazing trip. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive across the entire resort. The food was delicious (highly recommend La Tentazione octopus starter tuna tartare starter and La Bohme lobster soup and beef tartare) and the drinks were great. As a heads up wine at many of the dinner locations is an additional fee but cocktails are still included. We stayed in the Junior Suite Private Pool Garden View room and everything was just as pictured. We got lucky being so close to the infinity pool as well. We found the entire resort to be very walkable (if going to the far side along the beach was very quick) or you can quickly catch a golf cart to get you to where you need to go. The resort does also have a lot of wildlife adventuring around and frequent siting of coatis, iguanas, lizards, and more on the waking paths. I loved seeing all of them but just watch your step for them. The only downsides of our stay was being unable to snorkel because of the seaweed and the salt water pool also being filled with seaweed up until the last morning of our stay. (We did find the salt water pool to be a 10/10 spot to watch the sunrise if you ignore seaweed smell). Some information was a little tough to navigate or find on the app like information on snorkeling, daily events (mine never loaded and would just say success), room service we could only get ahold of via phone and had to call a few times to get through and we ran into the wedding rate making our stay significantly more expensive and receiving different information on why we needed to use the wedding rate code. Overall the resort was wonderful and staying at trs Yucatan still gives you access to the other resort areas but has exclusive access to the infinity pool so there are no kids in that pool area or Helios for breakfast. I recommend checking in with your butler right away for dinner reservations during your stay and to make sure you’re looking at restaurants TRS Yucatan guests can dine at. All areas of the resort were beautiful and we can’t wait to come back to TRS Yucatan or experience another palladium hotel!
