It was scratchy at first with an ownership change but one here it was five stars all the way. Like always the people (guests) here are all so pleasant and fun the staff outstanding. Ulla was so helpful, not just to us but everyone all the time that she should get some sort of an award outstanding work from her. Esperanza never fails to amaze us always ready and willing to help and our drinks etc are constantly being refreshed, she is a great asset to the company. Then there is Fernanda … wow she is so alive and full of energy and keeps everyone entertained makes for a great day and nothing seems to get her down. She is another outstanding asset to the company. In short this place really is home for the time we were here and the staff etc … first class.

“Beautiful!”

We are still here and will write a full review when we get home, but couldn't wait to say how amazing this resort is. They have the best staff ever and the lovely Fernanda and her new partner Carlos are second to none for entertainment by the pool. The bar and wait staff are also fantastic!

“A very special adult resort.”

Great place with wonderful staff. Very enjoyable - as a "special" resort. There were a few signs of wear and tear on the property. Rooms were very clean. Food choices were good. We had been there before and will return again. Again, we must complement the staff on their service and attention given.

Do you like being naked by the pool and at the beach with others? If so, it comes at a price. Pretty steep price at that. Hidden Beach Resort is a very expensive au natural boutique resort privately nestled between much larger and clothed resorts. All in all it's awesome - if you like being naked with other like-minded naked people. I say that because that's about 1/3 to a 1/2 of what you're paying for. The rooms are very dated and could really use an upgrade (figure another 1/3 of the price). Bed was very comfortable though. The grounds are very well kept up and the service is EXCELLENT. The entertainment director Fernanda is great, as is the concierge Ula. The other 1/3 you're paying for is the all-inclusive part. Yes, the booze flows freely (yay!) but if you're looking for good sipping tequila and mezcal, you won't find it here. Like most all-inclusive resorts (I'll assume), they use relatively cheap booze. You do have full access of all of the restaurants and bars within the 3 resorts, thus you never need to leave the property, which is good, since you're a ways away from anywhere. The restaurant we liked best was the Culinarium. And the Mexican restaurant, La Carreta was also good. Highly advise making reservations for any of the restaurants ahead of time for at least the first 3 nights (don't need them for breakfast or lunch). Then the concierge will help you make them for the rest of your stay. The breakfast and lunch buffets were quite good at HBR. The other guests we met were very nice and chill. Absolutely no shenanigans whatsoever. Average age was probably late 40's to mid 50's. They are there for the same reason as you: to be naked and amongst other naked people and have a good time doing it. All in all it's a very relaxing resort with great service. The rooms just need need serious upgrade.
