“Amazing attention to detail”
Amazing hotel. The staff is amazing and food is so much better than in town. Could stay on the grounds of the hotel for a full week just exploring. “Fantastic stay highly recommended”
I really enjoyed the experience at Wakax hacienda. Staying in the jungle in beautiful accommodation and biking around to swim in a beautiful cenote was amazing. We also did the cycling and underground cave tour with David and he was great. My daughter was a bit nervous and he was really reassuring … more

“Fine, but boring. Lovely staff and nice restaurant.”
Very nice place. Excellent staff, good restaurant. Overall, kind of dull. Active if you want to partake in on site tours daily, which are limited. Pools unkempt, and largely unstaffed. A bare bones experience for a Michelin started hotel.
