I am staying here from last three days. Hotel is at very nice location, directly on the Veracrz beach. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotels also have a small pool, restaurant and Subway with in premises. Hotel needs to increase speed of administrative layers like checking, checkout, response time for orders etc.

“Is not what was offered”

The hotel reservation was for 2 queen beds and i was surprise with a small hotel room and double beds, the front desk lady told me they have only double beds and they cant offer me another options cause the hotel was full and also told me that the reservation was the one that offered queen beds but… more

The hotel reservation was for 2 queen beds and i was surprise with a small hotel room and double beds, the front desk lady told me they have only double beds and they cant offer me another options cause the hotel was full and also told me that the reservation was the one that offered queen beds but they doesn't have it, the breakfast is very poor and the food is average and didnt worth what you pay it, have an incident qith the cleaning lady cause one day When she was cleaning the bedrooms she told me they provide us 3 hand towels and she found only 2 , practically she was telling us that we steal the towel , i go to the front desk to clarify this incident and the front desk lady told me that we dont have to be worried about this missed towel and they will investigate what happen, then when i go back to the bedrooms and the cleaning lady found the towel she was missed, she said was placed on the room next the one we have, this place is over priced cause even that have a good location the rooms are very small.

“Clean and Basic place to stay!!!”

The hotel offers a nice location, near to the aquarium, ocean front and the sidewalk along the beach. Was nice to walk from the hotel to downtown. Boca del Rio is just 10 minutes away! Was a hotel with good rate and fine basic services. Breakfast was included.

The hotel is just fine in many regards. The breakfast is simple, the rooms clean. Problems only arise after a while. The coupons for breakfast for us should always be "americano" not "continental" but we were always given the wrong coupons first and then each morning had to wait in line at the real… more

The hotel is just fine in many regards. The breakfast is simple, the rooms clean. Problems only arise after a while. The coupons for breakfast for us should always be "americano" not "continental" but we were always given the wrong coupons first and then each morning had to wait in line at the really slow reception desk to get them exchanged for the right ones...This took place every day for 4 days! The internet in the rooms is on and off and if "on" then really slow. Parties take place outside with LOUD singing sometimes until 1AM! The other side of the building is a busy street...The swimming pool area is clean. Taxis can be arranged (sometimes it takes a while). The rooms have a complicated light system, too many switches connected to each other. It takes time to get used to. There is a safe in each room, you will get two bottles of water every day and a packet of coffee (no tea). The staff is serious and always seems slow but I can't see how the ONE person at the reception is supposed to manage everything by herself. They need more people at the front desk.

We picked this hotel because it was across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. The view was the best part of staying here. The staff was ok (average). The one free continental breakfast was your typical juice, bread, yogurt and fruit (average). And the decor and rooms were fine and they were clean (average.) The irritating factor of staying at this hotel was the thin walls-the noise level was high and we could clearly hear the people in the next room. Bottom line, if you can afford to stay in a better (read more expensive) hotel, go for it.
