Dear Hotel Montenegro staff! First of all, it was a pleasure to visit Montenegro as a country for the first time and finally feel what summer does really look and feel like - sunny & +30 with no rain! That was fantastic! My stay was scheduled 04.06-11.06.2026 and during this time everything was spectacular from the start to the end of my stay at the hotel! Everybody was so kind, helpful, and more important you do have an ability to smile from your heart! Whenever I needed to ask anything you have always been there! Thanks for that! The hotel itself: it was really very easy to move within the hotel and the territory became very quickly familiar, there was no problem to orientiate. Very clean surroundigs! Rooms: rooms are gorgeous! I was staying alone and sleeping on the king-size bed all for myself was incresible! The service and cleaning of the room was beautiful, every detail was under attention every day! Air conditioner, mini bar, everything worked fine and fullfilled at the right time! The food: I had "all inclusive" and the variety of food and drinks was more than you could expect - every time you could choose different combinations of dishes and after week of staying I still feel I could taste more and more :D The pool and the territory: stunning pool service! Pool itself waa big enough, clean and pool bar was always open! Special thanks to the pool bar staff with whom I became really close by the end of the stay, they even screamed every time "Hi Frieeend' when the saw me. Heartwarming 🥰 The sea: You were the only one who has a free pass to the see with no extra charge for the seat and you can swim whenever and as much as you can! Thank you for that! “Relaxing holiday”

I like Luke (who's review i have just read) was very worried when i saw this years reviews for this hotel , but boy were they wrong , the hotel and our room including balcony were spotlessly clean , towels and bed changed when ever we wanted , great system to let the chambermaids know what we wanted doing with regard to the bedding and towels ,glasses that we had used in the night replaced. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beach and again a great system for getting and returning the beach towels. Yes there was some building work going on but it never once spoiled our experience of staying at the hotel and one of our party is blind and he managed fine walking to and from the beach. We were B&b and the breakfast was lovely , such a great selection and all nicely cooked and presented , the biggest pears i have ever seen , just a shame there was no fresh orange juice only orange squash, the chefs were helpful as well when you saw them. Maybe the breakfast could start slightly earlier at say 6.30 am as we had to leave to catch our flight home at 7.30 am so we didn't have time for the leisurely breakfast just a quick cup tea and a croissant. Also at the restaurant i slipped on the Sunday morning walking to get to a table on some water which i didn't see and although it obviously spoilt the last day of our holiday (because i have a badly sprained ankle and bruising to my leg and toes) the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive and apologetic, all organised by the wonderful Jelena , she knew just what to do putting ice on my ankle keeping it raised and getting me to drink the squash , she managed to find a Dr staying at the hotel to look me over and kept me from fainting as i was in a bit of shock a quite a lot of pain , she had my husband collect a bandage etc from the hotel as the pharmacy was closed as a religious holiday (i believe) was occuring that day. The next morning all staff asked after me and again couldn't have been nicer. And thank you the entertainment team for the very funny sycrincised swimming routine and very clever can can dance. The only bad point about our stay at this hotel was i'm afraid the very rude and sour faced receptionist with no manners at all Marina. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and look forward to seeing what the completed building work looks like.

“Please understand what ‘all inclusive’ literally means.”

I wanted to give 7/10 but I can only rate out of 5! Hotel Montenegro gave us a warm reception. We arrived very early (lucky with baggage and airport transfer) and were greeted nicely and every effort was made to have our room available- we were in just before midday which was amazing. The room was fine, we were happy with it. It gave us all we needed. We paid all inclusive. The hotel does not offer all inclusive. It offered full board with a selection of drinks; soft drinks, hot drinks (from a machine), wine and beer. (Pictures are attached to show what was on offer) All indicates ‘everything’ and inclusive indicates ‘included’- not the case! Personally I was worried about the lack of sugar free drinks available, but am grateful that my concern was respectfully listened to and sugar free Pepsi was made available to me free of charge. The food, albeit a little repetitive, was really tasty. We have no complaints as we felt there was always something to choose that we’d enjoy. The staff in the restaurant were a mixed bunch, we wish more would smile and interact. We felt the younger staff were nicer, particularly Savic who was always busy but friendly and polite. There were a few odd things that we wish were looked into. We are allowed hot drinks from the Stars bar - part of the ‘all inclusive’. But when we asked for milk for our cup of tea we were told we could only use the machine which is hot milk! When we mentioned that we like cold milk the bar staff said she could put ice in our hot milk! Seriously?! Why not just provide a drop of cold…? We just feel a little flexibility (as with my sugar free drink) would have gone a long way. Also a kettle in the room would have been a wonderful touch! There are other places to eat and drink on the hotel site; it would have been lovely have been able to use them as part of an all inclusive deal! Especially the Latin one on the beach! We went on a couple of excursions, the hotel provided a packed lunch - a couple of rolls. banana and water. We were grateful to have that. We were excited to visit Montenegro and the Hotel Montenegro was a good base to be at, we did have a lovely 10 night stay.

Location is good 5 mins from bars and restaurants.rooms ok cleaned every day .this is not a all inclusive hotel even though it says and we paid all inclusive.breakfast lunch dinner all free in main restaurants beach bar drinks from 10 till 10 free all snacks have to payed for all inclusive or not the snacks at pool bar are not all inclusive.beach bar is not all inclusive.so if ur looking for an all inclusive hotel ie drinks breakfast lunch dinner snacks and a beach bar which offers part of the all inclusive don't book this hotel. This is not a all inclusive hotel.in my option
