“Good hotel phones should be banned while they work”

The hotel is good food good staff on mobile phones all the time this is not good life gaurds more interested in phones and girls then the pool so did not feel that safe in pool Clean and food great reception very helpful bar staff in snack area very good

Most enjoyable relaxing holiday we have been on. The staff were amazing no requests too big or too small. The attention to detail was fantastic. The bedrooms were very clean and spacious. The food was top quality and plentiful. Entertainment very enjoyable the Brazilian dance team were amazing. From the moment we arrived we were looked after and waited on hand and foot!! From reception to bar/restaurant and general service staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous hotel with fantastic food, prawns, oysters, champagne, the best quality ingredients, all beautifully cooked with a fantastic choice. it’s great quality and all the staff are nothing short of excellent, they all seem happy to be there, they’re engaging without falsety especially the entertainment staff, who are really great. Will definitely visit again. Love the place. 4 star hotel with a 5 star feel.

We stayed for 8 nights at Easter. We had a pleasant stay. We are used to all inclusive hotels. Food This was by far the best food we have ever had at an all inclusive hotel. We really liked the snack bar for lunch. We went to the a la carte but didn’t think it was as good as the buffet. Entertainment We didn’t see any of the shows as they were on too late. The daily activities were as you would expect. Staff worked hard to get people involved. They were all really helpful and friendly. Kids club Our youngest son absolutely loved the kids club. The staff were amazing and really made our holiday. He went from 10-12 and 3-5 most days meaning we could really relax. He really enjoyed the kids disco. I have no idea how the staff managed to remember all the children’s names! Rooms This was our biggest disappointment. We requested interconnecting rooms months before our holiday. We got no response from the hotel despite a number of emails. They finally responded a week before our holiday to say they didn’t know if they would have any rooms and if we wanted connecting rooms we would need to pay a few hundred pounds to ‘upgrade’. They were aware that it was our wedding anniversary and also our sons 5th birthday during our stay. We arrived at check in and the lady behind the desk looked happy when I asked about a connecting room and she gladly told me there were not any. This put a real dampener on our holiday as it meant were now split up. The rooms themselves were fine. When the room is set up for 3 there is no where to sit. The beds were comfy. The sofa bed was awful and completely sunken in the middle. The staff worked hard but the floors turned our feet black. When I saw the staff mopping they have one bucket full of filthy water and no way to ring out the mop. They are literally pushing the dirt around all the floors. There was an issue with the bathroom in my husbands room one night. We reported it and we’re asked to wait in the room. We waited for hours and nobody showed up. This went on all evening until I demanded a new room and then all of sudden the maintenance team arrived. We were given partial sea view rooms but they overlooked the plant facilities of the hotel next door along with their staff car park. It meant mopeds came and went at all hours and the rooms were very noisy. We decorated our rooms for my sons birthday. We didn’t even get a towel swan on the bed. Other children seems to get really spoilt on their birthdays with a cake and the restaurant singing happy birthday. We got none of that which was a really shame. Pools Three pools outside. One tiny one. Parents do not supervise their children so it was like taking on wild animals. The largest pool was not heated. We got in but it was a bit chilly for the start of April. The heated pool was very deep. We couldn’t stand up anywhere which was a bit annoying and meant the kids couldn’t play catch or anything like that. Beach Nice and clean with a private area and security. Excursions We used Yassine in the hotel. Well organised and a fair price. Croc park was excellent! Would we return Yes we would. We had a great holiday. This is one of the best all inclusive hotels we have been to. We would love to go back but only if we could have connecting rooms.
