The hotel is situated in an excellent location, directly on the beachfront and within easy walking distance of a wide range of restaurants, including McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, as well as several authentic Moroccan restaurants. The hotel itself is a basic, budget-friendly property, but the rooms are cleaned daily and the overall service is good. The food is enjoyable, with a good selection of authentic Moroccan dishes alongside familiar options such as fries. There is also a snack bar serving pizza, fries, nuggets, turkey burgers and other quick bites, which is convenient for families. One thing to be aware of is that check-in is from 3:00 pm, and there is an additional hotel fee payable during your stay. The hotel also offers good entertainment, which adds to the overall atmosphere. However, the swimming pool is quite small, and one downside is that guests start reserving the sun loungers as early as 7:00 am, so it can be difficult to find a spot later in the day. Overall, it’s a good budget hotel in a fantastic beachfront location, particularly if you value being close to restaurants and entertainment

I don’t often leave reviews but feel I have to in this case as I am confused by some of the negative reviews. We’ve just come back from a week here and it was lovely. The staff were amazing, always engaged with us and our younger children. Never had any issues with bar staff (which seems to be a case for some), they would often bring drinks to our sunbeds for us as we were a group of 9. Most of sunbeds are taken by 9am. So unfortunately is a case of getting up earlier to claim a bed. Plenty of beds available on the private beach section. Our rooms were clean and spacious with modern bathrooms. The 1 seaview room we had was nice however bathroom was in need of renovation but nothing to complain about. Plenty of food/drink options, different themes throughout the week whilst still having pasta/chips/pizza available every day for fussy eaters. Lots of puddings available too. Excursions can be booked through hotel. Staff in reception were helpful too. They called and put me through to someone who speaks English and was able to arrange our activities. Only negative I have (but wasn’t a major issue for us) was the noise from entertainment at nighttime although we found the sound of the air con drowned the noise out anyway. My children both slept through it all. We were in rooms 401. 402 and 403. Ground floor close to the pool. Overall lovely hotel. Would definitely come back here!

Our family of fifteen stayed here for a week at the end of July and we had a wonderful time. The location is great: not too far from the airport, and right on the beach. Checking in and out was easy, and the staff at reception were great - always willing to help and transfer money into the local currency. The rooms were spacious, but a little dated. The showers rarely had warm water in the evenings, and by the last day, ours only came out in a trickle. They were however cleaned to a good standard daily. The food was good if you are someone who is willing to try new foods. There were lots of opportunities to try local Moroccan food, and I found the experience delicious. However, for those more selective eaters, meal times were more of an issue. The restaurant always offered fries and pizza, but these weee very popular, so it did mean that waiting was sometimes required. The best thing about this hotel, and the reason we will be returning, is the staff. The entertainment team, headed by Abdou were incredible- the best that we have ever encountered. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and there were many different activities that were available: dancing, water aerobics for the energetic, darts, archery, crazy games for the silly games and Arabic and Tagine cooking for those wanting to learn some of the culture. We embraced all of it and had a great time interacting with them. Evening entertainment was also good. There was a show most evenings, as well as dancing if you wanted to join in with that. Again, the entertainment team were around all evening to check up and chat to the guests. All the staff at the hotel were brilliant, and elevated the experience. It was genuinely one of the best family holidays, really action-packed with activities and laughs. Now I need a rest!!
