Just arrived Back home from Tikida Dunas which was our 3rd stay at this Hotel, yet again another good holiday. Staff were fantastic throughout, big shout out to the pool man Millet who looked after us throughout our whole stay was always very helpful for my family in every aspect from putting towels on our beds daily & just being a nice polite gentleman! Also Mohamed who works in the bar in lobby area & karaoke bar, looked after us on our previous stays and yet again didn’t disappoint us with this latest stay, consistently was kind and always doing an amazing job in making & bringing us our drinks! Couldn’t wish for more from the pair of them was a big stand out for us and both made our stay relaxing! Slightly disappointing this year with the food, it all got abit repetitive and during our stay we had fish as the main for like 4 nights out the 7. Also previous years of attending the hotel, the hotel animation team did a mini disco at 8pm which we used to love for the kids to let off some steam and have a dance sadly this year we was told it was moved forward to 5pm around the pool area, to which not one child that we seen attended this as during this time most people have gone back to the room in order to get ready for the evening. As you can imagine kids was disappointed in this. On the Animation team my family wasn’t best pleased with one member of the team (Salema) I believe her name was who said she had been there for 5 months, she constantly harassed us DEMANDED our phones in order to leave her a good review baring in mind she hadn’t done one thing for us during our stay and didnt acknowledge my kids once. Once we told her we will leave review when we arrive back from holiday, she was very rude and attitude was not great. After a few days of Nagging us she then went on to blanking us, however other members of the team were very friendly as the previous years. one night in going to the restaurant I got pulled on my shorts being too short however my Shorts was just above the knee so came as a surprise to us all and genuinely thought the staff member was on the wind up as there was men with shorter shorts than mine & also people with swim gear on & women with short pants and skirts it was a shock to be told to change the shorts which was ridiculous. All in all the Holiday was again a pleasant stay was clean throughout the hotel but certain things was not up the standard of previous years here and we will have to review returning again.

“Excellent clean hotel with great pool areas.”

Lovely rooms, best pool area ever, both well designed. Water in your room every day, nice touch, every where so clean. All inclusive food, you know what to expect, suggestion to soup maker, add salt and pepper and chilli, taste it. Soup to bland as is Moroccan food. Entertainment team, people dres… more

Lovely rooms, best pool area ever, both well designed. Water in your room every day, nice touch, every where so clean. All inclusive food, you know what to expect, suggestion to soup maker, add salt and pepper and chilli, taste it. Soup to bland as is Moroccan food. Entertainment team, people dressing up as Africans etc and making lots of noise doesn’t do it for me, I found the birds in the dining room more entertaining. One day Selma and friend came to our sun beds demanding my son in laws phone, he refused. She wanted to go on trustpilot and leave a picture and positive review written by her. Some people were happy to do this, management should view this harassment and bullying seriously, not good enough behaviour. Don’t let this put you off going to this hotel you will really enjoy it, especially the pool areas.

This hotel is on the beach and a stroll to the main town and a few local restaurants. I have used many Rui Hotels around the world including another in Agadir so I can write a fair and honest review on this hotel. The rooms are reasonably OK but there are some signs of areas of attention, like the bathroom mirrors are breaking down around the edges ( this was also observed by some of my friends in other rooms). The pool area was clean and tidy and cleaned every morning, as were the grounds well maintained, but there are a few missing tiles with sharp edges. the one disappointing thing was the food and I can say this is probably the worst selection in all the Rui hotels I have used, and lacked taste. For the size of the hotel the food area is just not big enough. We used the Asian on night which was a buffet option, with mashed potato as an option!!. Thankfully we had time to go and top-up in the main restaurant. We eat out the other nights in local restaurants and found them to be great value.

Lovely relaxing place just not for us. No music around the pool/bar areas all very quiet all day. Foods as expected for all inclusive but drinks very poor/cheap and no option to upgrade. Entertainment at night hmm they tried but again fine for older people. No ice pops or ice creams to get during the day. Rooms clean and ok but bathroom could do with a little updating. One thing I found bad was the luggage men waiting in our room until we tipped them very intimidating when it’s just women there, which is not a a good start when we had just arrived.
