I’m here for a week and so far it’s brilliant absolutely love it, the staff are amazing friendly and very helpful. A shout out to Fatiha the cleaner who is good at her job, lovely ,friendly and so helpful, plenty to do for every one and if you like walking lovely walk along the promenade its clean and safe. The food is amazing plenty to choose from. I’m in room 1322 and would definitely recommend this hotel😊

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning! Everything you need is in such a close proximity. The atmosphere is fun and energetic with tons of amazing events throughout the week. This is both day and night! The entertainers/workers etc make you feel like you belong there and treat you with kindness and respect 24/7. In particular, if you meet a team which includes: Tarik, Abdul, Ayuob, Fifi and Ouzy, you will literally feel part of a family! The rooms are sunning! They are nice and spacial with a tv and plenty of space for relaxation. The value is 10/10. Being an all inclusive really meant all inclusive where even on check out day, we still had the option to use their facilities and have lunch before we go! The cleanliness is absolute perfection! Everywhere you go, it is absolutely immaculate. From the floors to the ceilings. The noise level is at a perfect level where everyone's tolerance is respected. I miss everything already! It NEEDS to be 5 stars!

We have returned from a 10 day holiday. 4 adults and 3 children , the hotel is amazing everything from the entertainment staff, waiters, bar staff , cleaners , chefs , beach security all deserve a good review. A special shouted out to the entertainment staff Fifi and Tariq however all the staff are very friendly Pools was large and clean , the water temp was fine as it's nice to cool off Sea mist lasts untill about 10am and then clears and is very hot Bar ques go down very quickly only a few minutes wait Rooms was very well kept and cleaned to a high standard Food has something for everyone and all very nice Beach is great to have close by, very wavy so only ok for a paddle Agadir centre is a great trip on the train approx £2 return , most places is cash only. Cable carts are a great trip with camels at the top Croc park is amazing and worth the trip

“Lovely family holiday”

This was a holiday with our family group, adults and children. We had family rooms which faced the back courtyard. This gave us a quiet safe spot for the children to run around as we were on the ground floor. The rooms were lovely and spacious and beds were very comfortable. There was a fridge in the room but no tea or coffee making facility. We did not ask but apparently you could hire a kettle in reception but that was reported to be expensive. Filtered water was available through the hotel from machines - in the bars, restaurants and even in hotel corridors. We were all inclusive. The beer was on tap and reasonable. I did not like the cocktails at all and it was hard to tell what alcohol was in them. Drinks like gin, whisky or brandy were available in the bar and had a better taste. Coffee machines were in the bar and restaurants but it was not so easy to get a cup of tea. Tea bags were out in the mornings by the coffee machine but not at any other time. The main buffet restaurant was large with seating inside and out. At lunch and evening meals you could help yourself to red, white and rose wine. Breakfast was good with a very large selection of anything you might want at tgat time of day. Lunch and dinner selection changed day to day - meat was sometimes a little dry and overcooked. I expected to see more tagines on the traditional Moroccan food table. Pizzas were always available, a wide selection of salad items and bowls of varied veg and mayo concoctions were laid out. All sorts of breads were available. Desserts were beautifully laid out - yogurts, fruits, cakes, Moroccan sweet items and a range of flavoured ice creams. The pool snack bar opened at lunch time and for afternoon tea - but not cups of tea! Burgers, pizzas, pastries, were available but could run out quickly - it seemed they had trouble keeping up with demand at times. The swimming pools were huge with a small baby pool at one side. One pool was heated when we arrived but the other was pretty cold! By the time we left the heated one felt the same temperature as the cold one. Only downside with the pools was they were very deep - great for us swimming adults but not so easy for the children who were only just able to swim short distances. Access to the pools was more challenging - ladder steps in around the pools and one pool had tiled steps in one corner but they were quite steep. The main pools felt clean and inviting in the heat! Entertainment was laid on - exercise classes including Zumba, dancing, Pilates, water aerobics and more. Other activities such as archery, darts, table tennis and possibly more I wasn’t aware of. There was also a small kids club. And there were lots of sun beds too! We always found enough in a group together to cater for our large party however there were tge early morning bed nabbers leaving towels out to reserve them but then not appearing all day. Despite information saying towels would be removed after half an hour if not seen to be used this was not the case - they sat empty but reserved all day. The hotel is right on the beach which was huge and appeared to be very clean. There was a spa in the hotel enjoyed by some of our party. This hotel was about 3/4 hour by taxi from the airport. You could use Moroccan dirhams or euros in payment.
