Fantastic hotel, we were in block seven, very Quiet, beds were comfortable, shower hot and powerful, maids everyday, the hotel grounds are spotless, the food was the best all inclusive ive ever had, so much choice and the 2 ala carte restaraunts had delicious 3 course meals, the beachfront location is stunning, pool area always able to get a bed, entertainment team fantastic , yes there is a lot of french guests but this hotel certainley made everyone welcome, so friendly, great indoor sports bar, cant wait to return, we booker all our trips before hand with get your guide with direct pick up from hotel made days out very easy, there is also a great hairdressers directly opposite the hotel for a wash and blow dry for 100.DRM , cant fault anything about our holiday

“First time in Morocco”

We stayed for 2 weeks, we was given a small rool up 3 flights of stairs, no lift, we asked to change as my husband has a bad knee and could not manage the stairs. They showed us a room in the main building which on first inspection seemed ok so we took it. As we got days into the holiday we found things wrong. 2 skinks but plugs did not work. Light switches that did not turn anything on. No light near dressing table where the kettle was. We reported a broken shelf which had the safe on but nothing was done. We found the night entertainment brilliant with the shows which were on about every 3 night. The daytime entertainment team and bar staff seemed to forget that there was English in the hotel and mainly catered for the French. Nice pool and area but sunbeds and tables dirty, need a good clean, good that you used their towles on them. The staff in the restaurant went above and beond to assist you, The food was far the best we have had in fully inclusive, always lost of choice and always hot. Rooms were cleaned daily but on the whole the hotel needs a lot of TLC and repairs.

“If your English I wouldn't bother, they favour the French”

Stayed at this hotel for 14 nights in May for a family members 70th Birthday. Appeared to look nice from the outside apart from the steps we had to walk down with heavy cases because there was no slope or ramp from getting off the transfer coach. The Reception area was clean and well presentable. The room we was allocated was on the 2nd floor above the Reception area. The room itself was so so, shower over bath but the floor was very slippery, no grab rails for disabled people and the toilet was too low down, a bit dated also and there was a step going out to the balcony that I didn't notice was there. Thankfully it didn't cause injury but could of done to someone else. Could hear a bit of music as we faced the main street but wasnt enough to disturb my sleep. My other family members however are disabled and was allocated a room by Jet 2 when we booked the holiday a year prior. The first room they where allocated overlooked the beach with a walk in shower, but no grab rails and no lift just stairs that they couldnt walk up or down. So they was put in another room overlooking the McDonalds area for the night with a lift but a shower over the bath they couldnt get in and out of yet again. They also had very little sleep the first night due to very loud music in the street going on till 5am. They reported it to the reception the next morning, but apparently they had no information of a disabled accessible room and there was none available. So we swapped rooms with them so at least they had a lift to the room, but still couldn't use the shower over bath so could only strip wash. The room we where given was nice and clean, roomy, modern and a lovely balcony area with a walk in shower. You could tell it was one of the newly upgraded rooms, if only all the other rooms where the same. We got in touch with the Jet2 representative and reported the issues to be told they should of been allocated a disabled access room in the first instance but the Reception team never honoured this, so it was a waiting game. Has the days went on we started to notice things that they were in fact ground floor disabled access rooms between the pool area and the main restaurant. We then noticed that French citizens where all allocated these rooms by the different coloured wristbands they had on. Not sure if they where classed as disabled or not but they all appeared to be fit and healthy walking around the hotel, but not all disabilities are visable. In my eyes that is racism and discrimination that is absolutely diabolical. It made us feel degraded even though we had spent money to go on what we thought was going to be a relaxing 2 week break. We then informed the Jet 2 rep again a few days later when he came back to the hotel because he only visited our hotel twice a week. He then held a meeting with the hotel manager and finally after Day 8 of the holiday, my family members finally were given a disabled ground floor room with a walk in shower. Jet 2 where fantastic with us but the hotel reception team need to step up, do some training on customer service and hospitality and look up the equality and diversity act. On a lighter note majority of the bar staff where friendly and very attentive, you can see how hard working they are barring one who never cracked his face, was ignorant towards us English people but seemed to laugh and joke with the French. The restaurant team where very friendly, attentive and hard working. The food was nice, lots of choice and had themed nights. Sometimes it seemed a little repetitive but what do you expect for an all inclusive. The Italian A la Carte restaurant was nice and the staff where friendly. Food choice not a lot but we enjoyed it. The Mediterranean one on the other hand wants closing down. Food was absolutely vile and none of us could eat it so we walked out, the staff didnt seem interested either so what does that say. However the entertainment team I can not thank enough. They are absolutely out of this world. Funny, Polite, encouraging you to join in with the activities and keep you relaxed so you enjoy your holiday. They out 200% in everything they do and work very hard everyday in the heat. You can see how much preparation and organisation they put into the entertainment everyday. Apart from all the negatives, they really made our holiday. Accessibility around the hotel was lacking in certain areas. Some of the slopes around the hotel where too steep for the disabled, wheelchair and pram users. See attached photo of one of them. No disabled toilets around the hotel and no grab rails. Not very disabled friendly at all. However you go across the road to TUI Seneo Kenzi Europa, very disabled friendly. If they made changes to this hotel with better adaptations for the elderly and disabled, and sorted some of the staff out especially the Reception team, I would quite happily return. But at this moment in time I wouldnt think twice.
