Staff were super helpful. Depending on where your room is, it can be noisy at night. Air-conditioning is not very strong in the rooms so can get a bit hot.

My friend and I have just returned from a wonderful chilled holiday at this hotel. As 2 female travellers who had never been to Morocco I have to admit we were a bit dubious The security was bang on we felt safe at all times- there was constant friendly( but armed) police patrolling the promenade . The local people were friendly helpful and charming The hotel was amazing- the food delicious and we were offered two wonderful meals on our one week stay in their other restaurants. the whole place including our room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Have to say the entertainment was some of the best we have ever experienced- the team are so talented and friendly - we had so much fun around the pool during the day especially Allan? ( young slim lad with dreadlocks- he was so funny but so talented he made our week!!!!! We will be back - I wish we had gone for 2 weeks - will do next time!!!! What a brilliant holiday came home totally relaxed and chilled!!!!!

“What a gem of a hotel”

I booked this as seemed good value for money and for its location. Was blown away by its charm. Heated pool. We were very lucky to get one of the rooms with a big balcony. Room was spacious and comfy. The food was amazing and fresh. Much better than other all inclusives ive stayed at. The hotel is right on the beach which is very handy and you can walk aling promenade to shops and cafes etc. Only thing which let it down was the towel system. Ended up in a heated argument with the towel man as apparently towels need to be handed in night before to get fresh ones which seemed completely ridiculous. We didnt know this. Got sorted eventually. Entertainment team were good fun. I would return. Overall was a brilliant stay.

To start with we were a little concerned about some of the negative reviews but you have to judge for yourself. The positives are that the area is very clean and pretty spotless. The food is excellent and probably the best fresh fruit for breakfast I have ever had. Strawberries, pineapple, oranges, grapefruit, kiwi etc all beautifully cut and prepared. Fresh omlettes as usual from an all inclusive deal. Note for the english that love bacon. We never saw any but it did not bother us as it may others. The pastries were ok. Variety of food was more than acceptable and it was generally hot and fresh. You know what you will get from the all inclusive package and it is as good and generally better than most. The wine (white and rose) is very good which again is unusual. It is probably due to the fact 80pc are french so they wouldn't stand for rubbish wine. Yes, the pool toilets were a bit in need of a clean and they need it a couple of times a day. The entertainment was as expected: darts, aerobics, table tennis, boules etc and the French love to do their dancing moves. We never experienced any favourtism towards the french and can only say what we saw. Its good to be able to dine outside right on the promenade and the walks are flat and safe with many guards in view. We managed to eat in the a la carte restaurants three times during our 7 day stay, as it is good to be served and the experience was more than acceptable as these can be somewhat disappointing. The service was excellent. The nightclub was closed due to ramadan and we were in room 409, just off from the pool area. The room was very spacious and clean. It does need upgrading as the front door looks ready to be replaced and the furniture was dark wood but still does the job. Large bathroom and separate toilet. Overall, the hotel does what it says on the tin. We never struggled for a sun bed but they may not have been full. If you want high class rooms with high end fixtures and fittings, go to the RUI palace and pay an extra £1500 for a weeks break with posh french children running about out of control. If you want a cheeky, affordable break with very good all inclusive level of food , service drink and location, then be open minded about what is important and you will not be disappointed. If you are the person that moans about a cupboard door not quite shutting, or the sink tap might be loose, or things are not shiny an d new enough, go elsewhere. Would I go back if I came to Agadir again? Yes, I think i would.
