For me Fayna was exactly as advertised, although the welcome and friendliness of the hotel team was an added bonus. Especially Ana on reception, who was genuinely friendly, professional and always made conversations The location is great, between the beach and the Yumbo centre (10 minute walk), plus two large supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. The apartment complex felt very secure and only hotel guests can enter the complex using their key card. There are restrictions on guests, which may be an issue for some, but this is clearly stated in the booking terms. On arrival I was greeted by Ana and although I was early and a last minute repair was needed to my allocated apartment, the hotel was happy for me to store my luggage and use the safe in my room so l could head straight out to meet friends. The apartment is huge, modern compared to some in the resort and appears to have had recent renovations. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and had a great nights sleep every night. Also a large balcony, with table and chairs, which gets the sun most of day if you choose a higher floor room. Kitchen equipped for what you need, although could be even better if had a combination microwave, rather than a standard microwave. The pool and pool area is very clean, gets the sun for most of the day and there are plenty of sun beds and also nice double cabana beds for relaxing on. Beach/pool towels are provided for your stay. Pool area also quiet and only a handful of people using it whilst I was there. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back. Finally, be aware of the no guest policy. it wasn’t really a problem for me as I worked around it and went to friend's property to socialise. All in all a great stay.

Really great staff and location. The pool was super amazing and the room was perfect. The maids did a great job. I had a top floor room and I really loved the view. It caught the sun in the morning and afternoon. The staff went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. I highly recommen… more

“Fab two bedroom apartment”

This was our 2nd stay here. This time we had a 2 bedroom apartment, the beds were so comfortable, (FYI both bedrooms were double beds) the whole place was very spacious and there were all the kitchen bits you’d need. We had the normal warm greeting from the lady on the front desk who was glad we’d arrived safely, as our flight didn’t land until 9pm we’d arrived later than many. 24 hour reception service here though! The cleaners do a great job the days they will come ar on a card when you enter the room. You get dark towels to take to the beach or pool. We had an 3rd floor room (338) and even at mid hotel height, the sunset views were great and due to the end of building location, we had massive balcony at the front (as you get with all but the economy rooms) but also a windowed-in rear balcony, so sun rises as well, from the comfort of the bed!!!!! We think that the 2 beds are all the ones on the far left as you look at the building from the road as they go front to back, but our youngest cleverly pointed out any with 4 chairs will be the 2 bed places, so from what I saw all the ones at that one end. There outside loos and a basic shower to use if you have a late check out. This a very quiet street, and in a great location for shopping and the beach. Although there is building works in the hotel behind, at the time we went (set to finish in early 2026), we've booked to go back next month so it was no bother to us!
