Very quiet area, without busy roads nearby. The apartment was satisfactory, had plenty of power sockets, wall lamps in the livingroom and bedroom, the kitchen had sufficient equipment. Guests were very quiet, mostly from Germany or Scandinavian countries, so we never heard any noise from the neighbours in our building. This was completely different, relaxing place compared to some other apartments in Maspalomas that we had few years ago, where few awful families from the UK were constantly drunk and argued. The swimming pool is clean, sunbeds disinfected every day (it is still Corona time). Better rooms are on higher floors = you get a nice view on Atlantic Ocean & Beach ⛱. Supermarkets are 1-2 min walking distance. Reception staff and cleaners are very polite and helpful. The amazing beach and famous dunes are 2-3min walking distance.

This is a small apartments building, the building is old (ish) but very clean. It is ideal as a base for people who like outdoors and use the apartment as a base to sleep. This is a small apartments building, the building is old (ish) but very clean. It is ideal as a base for people who like outdoors and use the apartment as a base to sleep. Simply, it is excellent for people who travel on the budget, therefore don't expect miracles like live entertainment etc. for things like this, you'd need to spend more money and book yourself a 4-5***** hotel. Again, we don't do a "lazy holiday" like some people, we spend day on the beach or going hiking in the mountains, therefore we are never bored. Our recommendation is to get on a bus No18 from San Fernando and spend a day exploring around Roque Nublo, Tajeda, San Bartolome...Fataga etc. there are so many different things you can do. We found our top floor apartment comfortable and fine for the money we have paid. Receptionists and cleaners are hard working, super helpful and friendly. 1-2 min walking distance to the beach, promenade, restaurants. Max 10min walking distance to Yumbo. Few supermarkets are a couple min walking distance. I'd return back to Las Dunas, there is nothing to complain about, only evil and sad people would pay such a cheap price and expect a 5***** service.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this complex of apartments in a great location, but I must admit that the state of the property left something to be desired. The location of the apartments was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping. However, upon arrival, I noticed that the property could use some updates and renovations. The common areas were a bit outdated and in need of some attention, and the apartment itself could have benefited from some freshening up. Despite this, the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.
