Booked for 10 days all inclusive. May 2026. Family of four. No idea why these other reviews declare so many issues. They are not a true reflection of our experience at all! Neighbouring resort staff perhaps?! If the reviews are putting you off, don’t let them… this place is beautiful. When we arrived we were greeted by multiple staff who made the check in process with the children and all our baggage a very straightforward experience. Concierge assistance and a short golf buggy to the villa…Bliss! Especially after a 2am UK start…In the pool by 11am. Winning. Room was large, clean, king size + a double for the kids, very convenient and on the second floor with a westerly facing balcony. Beds are really comfortable, pillows, high quality, nice soft towels and the air-con worked great (make sure balcony door is closed properly) All pools have sun-beds all the way around, the usual towel “reserve” scheme is in place. Let’s be honest here… we are a family of 4, we don’t need 4 sun-beds as the kids can’t keep still and are always in pool (especially after discovering the endless amount ice cream) and we certainly don’t need to ‘reserve’ the beds all morning just to turn up in the late afternoon for a couple of hours. Sensible approach I feel. One that resolves many problems… although not all take this approach! Bonus points: 15 minute walk from the beach. The resort was very well maintained, clean & tidy. Tables were cleared immediately in all restaurants we dined in. The food is outstanding! All inclusive comes with breakfast lunch and dinner in Essenze and you can book three additional evening meals in the other restaurants, although… the “normal” “buffet” and outdoor cookout was very impressive and far exceeded our expectations. All the staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful! Great value. Would book again.

I travelled as a solo parent with my three young children and overall the hotel served its purpose well. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds are quite firm, but honestly not as bad as some reviews suggest. The restaurant staff were all very helpful and polite, which made a positive difference to our stay. The buffet food was okay, some days better than others ,not amazing, but always something available for everyone. There were a few areas that could be improved, especially for families. The entertainment started quite late, and it would have been nice to have more options for younger children earlier in the evening. One of the main challenges was the layout. Drink stations were quite far from the pools, and although there were smaller stands nearby, they only offered limited options. As a solo adult with three young children, it was difficult having to get everyone out of the pool and walk back and forth for drinks. I also asked for a tray to help carry multiple drinks and was told this wasn’t possible, which made things more frustrating. Snacks could also be improved. While they were available between 3–5pm, there wasn’t much on offer earlier in the day when it would have been useful. Ice cream was available from 11am, but again not near the pool, so by the time we returned it had usually melted. These may seem like small things, but for solo travellers with children, they do make a difference. Another issue was sun loungers. The first couple of days were fine, but after that most loungers were claimed by around 8am, with many left unattended for hours. This made it difficult to find anywhere to sit, and at times I ended up on the floor while other families reserved more beds than they needed. I do feel the hotel could manage this better by monitoring unused loungers and removing items after a set period. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. With a few small improvements around convenience and fairness for families, this could be a really great option for those travelling with young children.

Hotel Aesthetic – 7/10 The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing throughout. Rooms – 7/10 The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. One downside was that there were no irons provided in the rooms initially, although one was eventually brought to us after requesting it several times. The minibar was also disappointing, as it was only stocked with water. This felt unusual, especially for an all-inclusive hotel. Staff The bar staff and entertainment team were excellent — friendly, hardworking, and always engaging with guests. Reception staff, however, were less responsive when it came to requests such as arranging an iron. Food – 4/10 The buffet food quality was acceptable, but the selection was fairly limited. There appeared to be themed evenings, although only a small portion of the menu actually changed each day. The Italian restaurant was disappointing. Both the starters and desserts were buffet-style with very limited options, while the mains consisted of only a small choice of pasta, pizza, chicken, and fish dishes. Service was also poor, with my son’s meal arriving around 10 minutes before everyone else’s. The steakhouse was better overall. We visited twice, and the second experience was noticeably better than the first. Pools – 4/10 This is where the main issues started. The sunbeds were packed very closely together, and there weren’t enough available when the hotel was busy, despite extra beds being added. Although not a legal requirement, I do think lifeguards would be beneficial given the number of families with children and the fact there are three pools. It would provide extra peace of mind for parents. Please be careful as on windy days the umbrellas were being blown out of the holders, I got hit on the head which could be very serious for a child or older person. Kids Club – 8/10 The kids club was very well organised, with plenty of space and a good variety of planned activities for children. Entertainment – 4/10 The children’s disco started at 5:30pm, which felt far too early for us, as it clashed with getting ready for the evening after swimming. We’ve never experienced a kids disco starting that early before. Evening entertainment followed a set schedule and was average overall. The best performances were those put on by the animation team. Getting seats in the covered entertainment area in the evenings was extremely difficult. Many guests were left standing or simply gave up trying to find somewhere to sit, and some seating areas didn’t even face the stage. This also created issues at the bar, as there was only one serving drinks in the evenings. On some nights, queue times exceeded 10 minutes, which again is not something we’ve experienced at other all-inclusive resorts. Overall While there were some positive aspects to the hotel, overall I wouldn’t recommend it. In my opinion, it does not deliver a true 5-star experience.
