Ideally situated on the hill-tops surrounding the charming coastal town of Carvoeiro, Monte Dourado is in walking distance to the town center and its white sand beaches and crystal clear waters. This resort is made up of classically Algarvian apartments, all of which feature modern amenities and the majority of them unobstructed views of Carvoeiro and the Atlantic Ocean. The resort offers 5 pools (1 outdoor swimming pool with cover, heated during winter months according to weather conditions), perfect for an early morning dip or to meet friends old and new.
We would like to inform that the heated swimming pool will be out of service from 15.01 to 05.02.2024. Work from Monday to Friday from 09 AM to 17 PM. There is a possibility of noise

“Everything you need”
Stayed four nights at the Monte Dourado resort in Carvoeiro. Location was perfect. Sitting high on top of a hill, offered gorgeous ocean views yet close enough to walk to the town below. “Wonderful chilled family break”
Lovely relaxed break! Pool was really quiet, even though it was the school holidays. We often had it to ourselves! Nice walk into town down the hill. A complex of privately owned apartments some of which are let to holiday makers either privately or booking.com, the management company controls who gets which apartment. “Mixed review”
The towels are excellent. Unfortunately our apartment was no. 90 and we had trouble with dogs barking none stop. 1 shower had a tap that came off in your hand and the other had broken doors.
