We had an awesome stay at this hotel during July. Checking in went smoothly and the employee was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pretty. The door in between got opened for us, since we had two rooms next to each other. The view of the pool, especially in the evening was very enjoyable. On our first full day Cristiano explained to us how the restaurant worked and came with a large plate of ice cream and my name spelled on it. My mom also got a surprise cocktail from him which she enjoyed a lot. During our stay he was very talkative and funny and we had lots of conversations with him. We would also like to thank Larissa, who works at the indoor cocktail bar. We shared interests and me and my mom spend a few nights at her bar talking with her. She was very sweet and funny and gave me an awesome drawing of a shared interest. Cristiano and Larissa made our stay very special and unforgettable. The breakfast and dinner were very variated in food, there was something for everyone. The fruit was decorated really pretty in a watermelon basket which is impressive. There were fun activities, mostly in the evening. On our last day there was a white party, the first one to exist. There were games for kids and adults. Balloons were thrown into the pool, some of them had "Criss cocktail'' written on them. With one of those you could get a free cocktail/mocktail. "Criss" as in Cristiano because he's one of the best cocktail makers. We also made sure to visit the waterpark a lot, we took pictures and went off fun slides. The waiting queues were not long and we did a lot of the rides. The people selling the photo's were very pushy and asked almost everyone who walked by if they had taken a picture and wanted to buy it. The fish foot massage somewhere in the back of the park was a really funny experience, it tickled a lot. We bought some souvenirs from the store at the waterpark but the staff there weren't really very friendly nor helpful. One of them had a very attacking and sharp voice when we said we wanted to buy something. In the hotel we had a good last conversation and we're absolutely coming back sometime. We’ve just arrived home after an incredible 7-night stay, and all I can say is… wow! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. We’ve made so many wonderful memories as a family and can honestly say this has been one of our favourite holidays. Food: We stayed on a half-board basis and were so impressed with the quality and variety of food. Breakfast and dinner offered something for everyone, with plenty of fresh, delicious options that were constantly being replenished. The desserts each evening were amazing! We also had lunch at the hotel on several occasions, and every meal was fresh, tasty and excellent value. Staff: The biggest credit to this hotel is its staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, welcoming and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. Whether it was reception, the restaurant or the bar staff, everyone greeted us with a smile and always had time for a chat or a joke with our boys, making them feel so welcome. A special thank you to the team serving lunch at the outside bar, who were always fantastic, and to the older gentleman working in the restaurant during the evenings—he was an absolute credit to the hotel and made every dinner a pleasure. Cleanliness: The hotel is immaculate. Everywhere you look, staff are working hard to keep everything spotless, and it really shows. The attention to detail is second to none. Facilities: The hotel pool was brilliant and never felt overcrowded, especially with the fantastic Aqua Park right next door. The heated indoor pool was a real favourite with our boys—it was always quiet, making it the perfect place for a relaxing swim. The Aqua Park itself is excellent. Naturally, there were queues for some slides, but that’s to be expected during peak season and certainly didn’t take away from the experience. The entire park is incredibly clean, well maintained and such a fantastic addition to an already amazing hotel. We honestly can’t thank everyone enough for making our holiday so special. It’s rare to find somewhere that gets absolutely everything right, but AquaShow Hotel & Park certainly does. The biggest compliment we can give is that we’re heading straight to the travel agent this week to book our return. Thank you, AquaShow Hotel & Park, for an unforgettable holiday. We can’t wait to see you all again in 2027!

“Ok, but far too noisy for a peaceful holiday”

The hotel was very clean, and the rooms are excellent. Lots of space in the family rooms, as they are two rooms connected. Breakfast was always excellent, I do enjoy a coffee machine. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms are excellent. Lots of space in the family rooms, as they are two rooms connected. Breakfast was always excellent, I do enjoy a coffee machine. Dinner was also good, however very limited options and some things were a bit cold. The biggest let down with the stay has been the noise. The music from the entertainment is blasted till 11pm every evening, so there’s no chance of getting any sleep before this point. Everything can be heard clearly within the rooms (even with ear plugs in). Most nights I’d be exhausted. Daytime it’s similar, music is banging from the bar around the pool. We had to move inside to eat lunch as we were shouting at each other to have a conversation. Also nearly impossible to enjoy reading a book by the pool. If you value some peace and a good nights sleep, then I would suggest looking elsewhere. These point were raised with reception, but nothing was offered. I did ask for a room move, but was told it wasn’t possible. There are rooms that face the front of the hotel rather than the pool, which are probably much quieter. The location is also pretty awful for doing anything other than going to the waterpark. It’s a good hours walk down to the town (which is pretty rundown) and the pavements are non existent for the first good part of the walk.
