“First time family in cascais”
Carolina at the front desk. ( hope I spelt her name right). Was so personable, We were staying with our kids and she told me where we can go for our night out. She was so genuine! She then called us to ask if everything was ok with our room and our room was a fantastic 10 out of 10!!
