First of all, I choose this hotel because it has a heated poll, open from 8 am to midnight with no stupid rules other than wearing a swim cap. And it didn’t disappoint. My kid loved it. The hotel in general is also very nice. Almost every member of the staff is friendly and amenities are good. Complimentary water in the room is a plus. The shower has good pressure which is important for me. And this is on - not near - the beach. We didn’t went but is five passes from the hotel door. There is plenty of room to park the car for free behind the hotel. Free Wi-Fi that works. Nice breakfast. Should be very good for a longer stay. I just stayed one night. One negative point: there are no trash bins on common areas such as the lounge and the pool bar. Only a slight detail. There are rooms with no windows so if this is a thing for you, ask which you are getting.

We planned beforehand and had a lot of exchange with the staff. The front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful and was quick to answer us by email and arranged us some activities. They provided us with and extended restaurant list too as the restaurant was closed, we were a bit early into the season (end of may). The place is great and really clean, I travel since 20 years 2-3 time per year for business or leisure and it was probably the cleanest hotel I stayed to. The staff is constantly buzzing around (but really discret) to maintain everything pristine. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices too. When we arrived the room had messages written around the bathroom by the staff and a bottle of champaign chillin on the bed (courtesy of my girlfriend). The sea side room is a must with a great view ! And the style is modern and ruth’s room is spacious. The location is perfect too as you can easily move around by car to Santa Cruz, Lourinhã or even Peniche (but I recommend the small town as Santa Cruz and Lourinhã). You avoid the hassle of the crowded place as the hotel is between the most frequented place. And if you don’t have a car, just ask the staff, maybe earlier than us when we asked 20 minutes before or dinner as we fell asleep, and they will find you a cab in the next 5 minutes. The staff organised us a massage at the spa and it was perfect too. The pool and facilities are as perfect as the room. The place is really quiet and we slept perfectly. To resume: Great staff (really), great room, great place, yep that’s a five stars review
