“Great stay with a great view”
We had a very good stay. The staff everywhere were great. Especially the night receptionist. All the reception staff were amazing. Nothing was too much for them. Varied and delicious breakfast. Prosecco was a very nice addition. The massages we had in the spa were amazing.

“Second time around just as good brilliant holiday”
This is our second visit to this hotel and we absolutely loved it. We had a sea view room once again which is perfect for a family of four kids were able to have their own room. 1st time in Madeira, loved it, weather was between 17-21 degrees in Feb with sunshine, a break away from the cold and rain in blighty. Hotel in a quiet area, but within walking to few shops and bars.
