“Worth a visit”
After a 4 hour flight we were taken to this hotel which is about a 45 min stroll on the promenade to Funchal. There was a courtesy bus but not needed. “Lovely stay and superb value for money”

“Nice but dated hotel”
The hotel is conveniently located close to highways and Funchal attractions. Rooms are nice size and well furnished. “More positives than negatives ”
Stayed end of February. The hotel is on a steep hill but near bus stops for airport, Funchal and the tourist buses stop on the road outside. Great location can walk into Funchal (40 mins) or take 1, 2 or no.4 bus for €2 and facilities. Breakfast was good plenty of fresh food and a good selection ... more
