“Great time as allways”
The Hotel is nice and clean , we stayed on 9th floor the lady that cleans she very welcoming and leaves bedroom very clean folds the pyjamas very dedicate at her job. All staff from reception restaurant and bar pleasant and welcoming allways willing help and hardworking people allways on go ... more

“Why?”
Unfortunately the glory days of this hotel are long gone. The mattresses need to be changed, mine was sagging, completely collapsed... Everything is old and needs loving and updating. The dinner buffet is terrible, you feed yourself without any pleasure. It is bad cafeteria food. My opinion on th... more

“Good positioned hotel in machico”
Stayed B&B very busy at breakfast always table available, staff quick & pleasant. Choice of meats,cheese, 3x yoghurts,2xbuns 2x bread,hot food eggs,bacon,sausage beans,mushroom,pancakes, lettuce,tomatoes onions,cucumber, jams etc . “Good location, average accommodation”
The location here is good, a short walk down to Macheco town centre and the beach. We found staff ranging from quite unhelpful to moderately helpful, with only one actually appearing to be happy to help out.
