We stayed here 20-27 December. Our first time at Madeira and this hotel. Reading some of the reviews prior I was a little hesitant but this is what we thought. We a family of 3, age ranges 23 - 63. “Very good hotel”
The hotel was nice and clean. The place was peaceful. The views were awesome. The staff was very friendly. A rental car was necessary because the hotel is located on a mountainside.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Sometimes the warm dishes of the breakfast could be hotter. Good on-site parking and a nice view to the ocean.
